IT JOBS & CAREERS! : 12-08-2008
There will be an IT graduate careers expo at the Parramatta campus on the afternoon of Monday 15th September. You will get to hear from and meet employers of IT graduates, and attend job preparation workshops. More information will be available here and on CareerHub in late August.

ISL PhD and Honours Scholarships : 03-06-2008
Intelligent Systems Laboratory in the School of Computing and Mathematics has one PhD scholarship and a number of Honours scholarships available.

The PhD scholarship is specifically for the area of intelligent agents, and Honours scholarships may support research from any area of intelligent agents, knowledge representation and reasoning, image process, information security and databases.

Maths Students: SUMS Problem Competition : 12-05-2008
Sydney University Mathematics Society is running their annual problem competition. Entry is open to undergraduates (including Honours students) at any Australian university or tertiary institution, and prizes ($60 book vouchers from the Co-op Bookshop) will be awarded for the best correct solution to each of the 10 problems. THE SCHOOL DOES NOT BACKUP WINDOWS XP PROFILES, AND IF YOU FAIL TO HEED THE ABOVE WARNING, THE SCHOOL'S TECHNICAL STAFF WILL BE UNABLE TO RECOVER ANY DATA YOU MAY LOSE.
DO NOT BACKUP FILES TO YOUR WINDOWS XP DESKTOP!
